I try to make the design process as simple as I can. I love to communicate with my clients and to have a clear idea of what they want.
The beginning:
Once you fill in my contact form expect an answer from me in 2 business days. I will send you a questionnaire that you must complete in order for me to have an idea of your project.
Payment:
I require 50% of the complete project in order to begin with the design process. The other 50% is required after you have reviewed your design on a live test site and it’s basically ready to install.
I do not use Paypal. I have had some issues with it so I prefer to use Payoneer, which I also recommend!
Time frame:
There is no specific time frame, because it really depends on the project itself. If it’s simple then it probably will be done in less than a week, but if it has many design elements then it can be installed in 2-4 weeks. It all depends on how clear you are on the design you want.
Installation
After I have installed the design you can always contact me if there is an issue with it (design). But if it something else that doesn’t involve the design then you can always come to me but don’t feel disappointed on me if I can’t help you ex: hosting issues.
